Here is the first motif, pattern from the Ring of Tatters newsletter. Actually the thread is not as crisp as I would have liked...
Also in the picture is the hanky I was going on about. I never entered the competition in the end as I didn't do the motif on one corner, and I paled at the thought of hemming the hanky by hand! I just sewed it to a machine made handkerchief. Still I was pleased to have got a finished article!
