25 motif challenge, help!

Can someone who is a bit more computer savvy than me make a thingy that would allow me to read the 25 motif blog on my friends page. I'm thinking like moniqueleigh did for tat man... I looked at it yesterday, and would love to follow it but don't want to have to keep scrolling back for the link. I know it's a bit of a cheek, but I haven't a clue how it's done!

FYI, you have to be a paid or perm member to create a syndicated feed of an off-LJ site. If you want to make a feed of a site, the instructions are in this FAQ.

Thanks for doing that, and so quickly!
I am a paid member, but it takes me ages to learn any new computer skill, I have to print out the instructions and spend hours with them! I am determined to learn to do links next...but thank you for the help. I'll know where to look if I need to have a go.

Oh, I'm glad to do it! If you find you can't wrap your head around it, just let me know, & I'll be glad to create any other feeds you need/want (or try to help put the directions into plainer language).
