Introduction

I just wanted to post a quick introduction. I began tatting with needles when I was a senior in high school (I guess that was approximately 6-7 years ago). My friend's mother taught me how to do that. Then I bought several books on needle tatting and general tatting patterns. I am possibly at an intermediate level. I attempted to learn to use a shuttle several years ago, but only ended up making many highly frustrating, and very incorrect, knots. I am hoping to learn a lot from this community, and hoping to gain the courage to attempt a shuttle again. I don't have a lot of time to devote to all my craft hobbies due to having a full time job and attending graduate school, but hope to return to tatting more often during school breaks and after graduation.
