http://users.livejournal.com/_diane/Here are three more bookmarks I've made, all in size 10 thread (I've got a bunch of smaller thread on order).
The red one is needle tatted, with the same pattern as this one except with seven repeats instead of nine. I wanted to see just how much looser needle tatting is, and the difference seems pretty significant to me. I tried using a size 5 needle instead of a size 7 (which is standard for size 10 thread), but I found it really difficult to pull the thread through the stitches so I went back to the size 7.
